Q: Before you started your internship, what were your goals for your internship? I wanted to learn a lot about how the corporate world operated.  I was interested in learning how the employees handle situations where a customer has just had their only car totaled and now has no way to get to work or do other activities; also other traumatic situations where very valuable items are damaged and now the customer’s life will be under a great deal of stress.  I also am hoping I can learn how to not treat a job like just a “job”, but instead this opportunity that I will help me grow and appreciate life more.  Lastly, I want to see myself adding real value to the company and doing some work of substance and making an impact in the company.
