JOHN, B.C. — On it’s tenth year in the Energetic City, this year’s Toys for Tickets has brought in 136 toys, and raised $1,045 for the Salvation Army. The project, which operates in many municipalities, allows people to donate a new toy in lieu of paying off a parking ticket. The City also accepted  gift cards and cash donations for this program, and people were invited to donate more than the value of the ticket if they wish.Thank you #yxj!! 136 toys and $1,045 for Sally Anne.
