Three Georgetown basketball players accused of harassment, assault, burglary

The fate of the other two players has yet to be determined. Restraining orders have been filed against three Georgetown basketball players, according to USA Today.One player has been accused of “sexual assault and harassment,” and all three players involved have been accused of burglary. Another Georgetown student made the accusations against freshman forward Myron Gardner, sophomore forward Josh LeBlanc and junior forward Galen Alexander, and the restraining orders were filed on Nov. 12. The defendant claims in the criminal complaint that Gardner sexually assaulted and harassed the defendant in their apartment on Sept. 15. The complaint also says that all three players burglarized the apartment on Sept. 16.A roommate of the defendant previously filed for a restraining order against LeBlanc and Alexander on Nov. 5. The players were also being investigated by DC Metro police within the last month, per USA Today.last_img
